The key terms that apply when ordering from Stories Mapped.

Stories Mapped creates bespoke prints using the travel details you submit, so each order is handled as a personalised product.

You are responsible for making sure the flight number, date, airport details, and map title you submit are accurate.
Because each map is made to order, production can only begin once the required details have been confirmed.
Some flights can be confirmed automatically. Older flights or unusual cases may need manual handling, which can take longer.
Stories Mapped may refuse or cancel a request if the information provided cannot be validated, is incomplete, or would create a fulfilment issue.
Minor differences can happen between on-screen previews and the final printed product because of print processes, materials, framing, and screen settings.
