Guidance for cancellations, changes, and custom-order refunds.

As Stories Mapped products are personalised, refund decisions need to take into account the stage your order has reached.

  • If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes are easiest before design or production has started.
  • Once a personalised print has entered production, cancellation may no longer be possible because it has been made specifically for your journey.
  • If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a production problem, please contact us with photos and your order details so we can review it quickly.
  • If a replacement, refund, or remake is appropriate, we will explain the next steps directly.
  • Manual-review flights and bespoke requests may take a little longer to assess if a refund or remake is being considered.
