Gift Voucher Terms

These terms apply to Stories Mapped gift vouchers purchased through storiesmapped.com.

Validity

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After this date, the voucher and its remaining value expire and can no longer be redeemed.

Single use

Each voucher code can be used once, against a single order. If the order total is less than the voucher's value, the difference is not refunded, carried over, or reissued as a new voucher - it is forfeited.

Non-refundable

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, in whole or in part.

What they can be used for

A gift voucher is a value-based discount, not tied to a specific product. It can be applied against any print, size, or finish available on the site.

Currency

A voucher must be applied at checkout in the same currency it was purchased in. A voucher bought in GBP cannot be applied to a USD order, or vice versa.

Lost or stolen codes

If a voucher code has been lost or you believe it has been used fraudulently, please get in touch as soon as possible.
