Stories Mapped collects the details needed to confirm your flight, create your print, communicate with you about your order, and send marketing emails if you choose to join the mailing list.
- The information we collect may include your name, email address, shipping and billing details, flight number, date of travel, departure airport, map title, and anything you choose to send in an enquiry or newsletter signup.
- We use flight and airport details to check the route and prepare your custom artwork. That can involve Flightradar24 and the Stories Mapped generation tools that power the map-making process.
- We use your information to create your order, provide customer support, process payment, arrange fulfilment, send order updates, and run the website.
- If you join the mailing list, we use your email address for Stories Mapped updates, offers, and product news. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in those emails.
- We use trusted third-party services to run parts of the business, including Stripe for hosted checkout and payment processing, Prodigi for print fulfilment and delivery, Resend for email sending and newsletter contact management, Google Analytics where you have consented to analytics, and Flightradar24 for flight data validation.
- We only share the information needed for those services to do their job. For example, payment details go to Stripe, delivery details go to Prodigi, and email delivery or signup details go to Resend.
- We do not sell your personal information.
- If you would like your information corrected, deleted, or explained, or if you want to withdraw marketing consent, please contact Stories Mapped and we will review your request.
