How do you get the flight data?

We use licensed aviation data tools to capture the exact latitude and longitude of your flight based on its number and date. This ensures accuracy and authenticity in every map.

What kind of flight data can you get?

We get latitude and longitude for location, airline, aircraft type, aircraft registration, and departure and arrival airports.

Can I choose how my map looks?

Yes! You can personalise the title and subtitle, and choose from our range of colour styles and layouts to suit your taste or the occasion.

How long does it take?

We aim to prepare and ship your custom map within 3–5 business days. Shipping times vary by location, but we use local partners to keep delivery fast, affordable, and eco-conscious.

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide, using print facilities near your delivery address to reduce cost, time, and environmental impact. Express shipping is free!

What size is the print?

We offer multiple standard sizes, including A3 and A4. You can select your preferred size at checkout.

Can I preview my map?

Currently, maps are handcrafted to ensure quality and uniqueness, so previews aren’t available. We’ll offer this feature in the future — for now, you can trust that each design is carefully made with attention to detail.
